Connect a DualSense or other controller by USB or Bluetooth, then press any of its buttons; browsers only reveal a controller after a press. Use desktop Chrome or Edge on https or localhost (a plain-http LAN address can block controllers). The first press only connects; it never triggers an action. Adaptive triggers and the touchpad surface are not used.
